Create a clear plan for when, where, and how you'll do it.

Make it easy to do good things and tough to do bad things.
Quality comes from practice.
So, start with something easy.
Follow the "two-minute rule" that says if you can do it in 2 mins, do it right now.
Habits stick if you find them enjoyable.
Keep track of your progress with a chain of X's on a calendar, like playing a game.
Habits aren't just about doing better on the outside.
They are the actions you take to become the person you want to be.
Start small, keep going, and you'll see massive improvements in no time.
